Conditions
is an abiotic environmental factor that varies in space and time and affects
the performance of organism. Tigers are susceptible to high temperatures and enjoy
cooling down in refreshing water..
Resources
is all things consumed (used up) by organisms (space, nutrients, water, prey,
holes for refuge etc). Tigers can live in a wide range of habitats, and are
commonly found in:
- Evergreen forests
- mangrove swamps
- Tropical rainforests
- savannahs
- Grasslands
- Rocky mountains
Tigers
are carnivores that prey on other animals such as zebras, antelope, deer, wild
pigs, birds and other animals depending on what is available in their habitat.
Like other organisms, tigers are also
need water. Besides, tigers also
need shelter from predators animals including the threat of poaching or habitat
destruction by humans.
